#### 1. Where are the clothes sent from?

The clothes are shipped from our warehouses in Valencia, Spain.

#### 2. How long will it take to send my order?

Orders are managed in the day, if you place the order before 18:30 your order will be processed and shipped the same day.

#### 3. Will I pay Customs?

No. All UK orders are delivered duty paid (DDP): customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are paid by Q2. There is nothing to pay on delivery and no customs paperwork for you; the parcel arrives like a domestic delivery.

#### 4. What carrier company will deliver my order?

If you choose Standard shipping, we will use DPD. For express shipping DHL will deliver the order.
