Returns

Products can only be returned if faulty or damaged. Depending on your monitor calibration, product image color tone may vary slightly. Q2 will not be responsible for errors corresponding to a wrong interpretation. Be aware some products cannot be returned unless they remain on original package or are faulty. In any case, items must be returned at its original condition, tags and packaging. All products will be inspected on arrival. The delay in delivery of the goods by the carrier will not be reason for return.

1. I have received a faulty item, how can I return it?

f you have received an incorrect or defective item in your order, enter your order history, the affected order and select the garment (s) with tare, then click on the "Request Returns" button. To expedite the paperwork send us a photo of the tare and / or defect via WhatsApp at 651 638 460. Once we receive the request for the return and photos of the tare, we will accept your return. You will receive an email of a postpaid slip that you paste onto the package to make the return. Now you have two options, take the package to any post office Or you can let us know the couriers that pass by your store to collect the package. As soon as we receive the package we will make the payment. Items must be returned in their original condition, including labels and any packaging. All products will be inspected upon return.

 

2. Do I have to pay for the exchange?

If you make a change, you don't have to worry for shipping expenses as they are free.

 

3. How long do I have to return products?

You have 48 hours to return items once received at your store.
